Here we illustrate by photos the manufacturing process

> 1 - The design is reproduced on a divider of Laton. The divider is collocated in a mould of its same size (20x20, 25x25 o 30x30).

 

     

2- Each zone of the divider is filled with the different colours. The divider is retired quickly giving space to the colour combination of your choice.

 

4 - A layer of dry mortar is applied on the liquid layer of colour for the absorption of the water. And a third layer of semi-humid mortar is applied to give more strength to the Hydraulic cement tiles.
     

4 - The tile is compacted under a hydraulic press.
